Email supportRestore your purchase
On a new device, or after reinstalling, open Klodstudio, tap … on the My Creations screen, go to Settings and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with. Family Sharing members get Klodstudio Complete automatically.
Import a model
Klodstudio opens LDraw files (.ldr and .mpd). Save the file to the Files app, then on My Creations tap … and choose Import from Studio / LDraw. Pieces that aren’t in the Klodstudio catalog are skipped and the app tells you how many.
Export a model
With Klodstudio Complete, touch and hold a creation on My Creations and choose Export to Studio / LDraw, or use the menu under the model’s title in the editor.
Request a refund
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
